As the name implies, a micro-realism tattoo is all about realism packed into a tiny, intricate design. These tattoos are typically around 3-4 inches in size, but in some instances they can be a bit smaller or larger. These tattoos are incredibly detailed, covering everything from fine lines to complex shading.
Fine line tattoos are thin, delicate, and dainty tattoo designs that resemble fine artwork and paintings on the skin using black, grey and/or color tattoo ink. These tattoos use small needles (often a single needle) to create the thin lines.
